Welcome to Quebedeaux's! Meet Chef John and Leslie "Quebedeaux" Valenzuela. He and Leslie moved to Central Louisiana in 1996 from Lafayette and Washington, Louisiana, bringing their Spanish and Cajun heritage to Alexandria. They have 3 boys that are in the business today. John received his culinary background from world famous Prudhomme family. John contributes his success to God, family, and his Marine Corps background. John and Leslie take pride in the high quality of meats, seasonings, and the process it takes to make every Cajun dish. John has even created his own seasonings--so come get you some--TODAY!
